These rates include one complimentary symposium registration for each exhibiting company and limited “Exhibit Hall Only” passes for additional staff for manning the exhibits will be issued by Convener. For such cases, exhibitors are requested to obtain prior permission from the Convener by email. ‘Exhibit Hall Only’ pass holders will have limited access in the entire event.
