The registration fee for the International Symposium & Exhibition does not include accommodation and food other than that is served during the three day event. |
Exhibitors receive one Complementary Seminar registration for each module of 3m X 3m, For live demonstration in the Exhibition, it is requested to obtain prior permission from the Convener. |
Additional staff, with limited access to the entire event, can man the exhibition module with due permission from the Convener. Alternately, they can register themselves at a discounted fee, as decided by the Convener. |

| Exhibit Hall Only Pass
Admission to the Exhibition only passes will be issued only by the Convener. Such passes will be restricted in number and will be issued at the Discretion of the Convener on behalf of the Symposium committee.All such visitors will be entitled to the entire exhibition and demonstrations, if any.

Receipts
All registered delegates will get receipt. Those who have registered on line, receipt will be send via email. Alternately, they can get the same at the Registration Desk at the Venue, Nehru Centre, Mumbai during 08:00 hr to 09:00 hr on November 11, 2009.
